House rules

We want all our guests to feel comfortable in the complex, so we ask you to follow a few simple rules.

Arrival and departure

• Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
• Check-in is self-service, and you'll receive the door code by email the day before.

Quiet and consideration

• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 6:00.
• No smoking inside the apartments.
• Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

Pool and playground

• The pool has no lifeguard, so you use it at your own risk.
• Children may use the pool and playground only under adult supervision.

Parking and waste

• Each apartment has one parking space in the complex.
• Please sort your waste into the bins provided.

Please report any damage or faults to us straight away, and we'll sort them out as quickly as we can.
