What data and why
- Interest in a stay: your email and any details you choose to fill in (name, phone, message). We use them only to let you know when bookings open and to answer your enquiry.
- Accommodation: during your actual stay, the data we are required by law to keep (the guest register and the local fee).
How long
We keep the contact details of interested guests until bookings open, for no longer than 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell it to anyone. It is processed, for technical purposes only, by the hosting and database providers who run the website for us.
Cookies
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie is used to log the administrator in to the admin area.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected and erased, the right to withdraw your consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů). Just write to info@apartmanynapalave.cz.
